Teach, prepare and develop all aspects of EARJ’s educational program, promoting excellence in holistic knowledge and abilities, encouraging critical thinking, curiosity and responsibility, providing a high quality education for academic and personal development of students.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and "Licenciatura"/Teaching Degree in French. Postgraduate or Master's degree in the field of education is desirable; 3-5 years of experience - preferred if in an international school context; a skillful practitioner in multilingual classrooms; a motivated learner who accepts responsibility for their own growth; someone who thrives in an atmosphere of transformational leadership; is passionate about learning and skilled in high-impact 21st century instruction; and, most importantly, teaches students not subjects.
